Three batches of Shiraz were selected. Two of the batches were harvested in two different pickings. On one of the batches 80% whole berry fermentation was done, to enhance the fruit and spice. One batch matured in a Foudre, the other in combination of 300L and 500L French Oak barrels and the third batch in 600L French Oak barrels.

This opulent Shiraz with a deep plum red colour has notes of black berry aromas which is complemented with spice nuances and dark plum flavors on the palate. Lingering finish of spice, cloves, and nutmeg. With its structured yet refined tannins, the wine is very accessible now, but will also benefit from maturation for 2 to 4 years.
Ready to drink but will develop favourably in bottle for 5 or 8 years.
